  1. So: running 1 hour + some bicep curls with the same weight every time + some ab exercise? LOL. Waste of time…. do full body workout with heavy compound exercises 3 times per week with HIIT cardio.

  3. hay i loved your video!! But haha i know this is horrible but you said to eat a pack of carrots and you shouldnt!! They soak baby carrots in chlorine to keep it fresh, so the white coloration of carrots is dried up chlorine. It’s really bad for your body. As much as you need chlorine not that much!! Haha, aight.   7. Just to let you know, unless you are a vegetarian, vegan, have (or had) an illness that affects/affected your immune system, most vitamins are COMPLETELY USELESS. But your fitness tips are great
